The registration fee includes:
Access to conference oral and poster sessions, Conference materials including a programme booklet and abstract CD, welcome/poster drinks reception, refreshments as detailed in the conference programme, lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

• Direct drive by coach from the hotel to the city center
• The restaurant “A l’Ancienne Douane” set in a historical building dating from 1358 is one of the biggest and most appreciate “brasserie” of Strasbourg
• Dinner in several private rooms
• Welcome with a folkloric group on the entrance of the restaurant. During dinner, the folkloric group, in their traditional costumes, will present you different dances from Alsace

Cancellation Info

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise Customer Services of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify Customer Services immediately. Provided written notice is received by Friday 21^st January 2011, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by Friday 4^th February 2011, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after Friday 4^th February 2011, or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.
